NATIONAL
A New Alternative to the WHO — We Need Your Input
President Trump has announced plans to create an alternative to the World Health Organization (WHO). North Carolina Physicians for Freedom has been invited to provide input on how this new entity — to be managed by the CDC and HHS — should operate.
If you would like to share your recommendations or concerns, please send them to dlightfoot@ncphysiciansforfreedom.com. We will compile your input and include it in our formal recommendations.
STATE
HB67: The Foreign Doctor’s Clause – Important Progress
NCPFF leadership recently met with the legislators who authored and co-authored HB67. We presented our serious concerns about poorly vetted and credentialed foreign physicians and proposed specific amendments.
We are pleased to report that the legislators agreed these changes are needed. NCPFF’s full recommendations and proposed amendments are available by request — contact dlightfoot@ncphysiciansforfreedom.com.
North Carolina is becoming the epicenter of a growing national conversation about the risks of fast-tracking foreign medical professionals without proper oversight. Dianna Lightfoot recently addressed these concerns at the Brownstone Institute and Frontliners, a national network of policy experts. She was also interviewed by MAHA Action, which will share this information across its national network.
Expanding the Parental Bill of Rights
Thank you to Rep. Jennifer Balkcom for introducing legislation that strengthens parental authority in North Carolina schools. The bill would expand access to student records and require parental approval for certain changes affecting children. We will continue to monitor and support this important effort.
Multiple Vaccine Catch-Up Rush: A Cause for Concern
A growing number of children of non-citizens are entering North Carolina public schools and are required to be up to date on vaccines within 30 days — despite often having no medical records. In many cases, these children are receiving 8 to 12 vaccines at one time.
Public health workers on the front lines have privately shared with NCPFF leadership their alarm at seeing a sharp rise in children presenting with profound developmental and behavioral challenges following these mass catch-up schedules. While some experts claim there is no risk in administering multiple vaccines simultaneously, others — including Dr. Paul Thomas in his book Vaxxed and Unvaxxed — present compelling data suggesting otherwise.
We believe the precautionary principle should guide public health policy. When the potential for harm exists and conclusive long-term safety data is lacking, protective measures should be prioritized. These families — and the taxpayers who ultimately bear the cost through Medicaid — deserve careful, honest examination of this issue.
Standing Watch for Medical Freedom
NC Physicians for Freedom continues to serve as a watchdog for ethical healthcare and medical choice in North Carolina. Whether it’s foreign physician credentialing, parental rights, or vaccine policy, we are committed to protecting both patients and providers.

Thank you for standing with us.
With gratitude,
